Have you always been fascinated by media and would you like to get to the bottom of the behavior of the wealthy? Then you might be the perfect addition to our research team!

Every year we at Ipsos carry out a continuous survey amongst people who are considered well off. These "Affluent" consume high levels of international media, and we want to know everything about it. In addition to their media behavior, we also map their interests, lifestyle and buying behavior.

This international research is being carried out in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America and has been a household name in international media for 20 years. Our clients are international media operators such as the New York Times, Discovery, CNN, National Geographic, BBC, euronews, TIME, FT and many others.

For our MediaCT team (quantitative) we are looking for a charismatic and energetic


As a Research Manager, you are responsible for the ongoing Affluent survey, project management and further expanding the Affluent business (sales).

What will you be doing?
  • Based on client needs, you will develop concrete research designs, segmentations, re-contact surveys and analyses, which you can present in an effective and attractive way.
  • Maintaining active client contact, strengthening and developing client relationships. 
  • Getting to the bottom of research data and making it 'actionable', with advice that has an impact on the daily business of our clients.
  • Promoting the Affluent survey, preparing presentations, reports and engaging newsletters.
  • Providing insight into the changing media landscape and managing large and complex projects.

Does this sound like you?
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a market researcher and have experience and/or affinity with media.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written, Dutch language skills are a big pro.
  • Able to work and think on an academic level, some management experience is preferred. 
  • You have great communication and analytical skills and are a strong conceptual thinker.
  • You are a real team player, with great social skills and possess a healthy dose of confidence.
  • You dare to be critical and can hold your own when dealing with demanding clients.
  • You are pro-active and client focused.
